Shops' Closing Regulations (Amendment)

Shops' Closing Act

Under the authority of paragraph 10(a) of the Shops' Closing Act, the Lieutenant‑Governor in Council makes the following regulation.

1. Section 2 of the Shops' Closing Regulations is amended by striking out the period at the end of paragraph (m) and substituting a semicolon and the word "and", and by adding immediately after paragraph (m) the following:

(n) gift stores in hospitals or in an institution or facility which is under the management and control of a hospital board.
