Waste Material Disposal Areas (Amendment)
under the
Waste Material Disposal Act

Under the authority of section 5 of the Waste Material Disposal Act, I make the following Order.

Analysis:

        1. The Schedule to the Waste Material Disposal Areas is amended by deleting the paragraph referring to Hickman's Harbour ‑ Britannia ‑ Robinson's Bight and by adding immediately after the paragraph referring to Quirpon the following:

Random Island

This area includes all residential premises, businesses, schools and other structures which may generate waste material on the main road and by‑roads within the communities of Random Island in the electoral district of Trinity North.
