Under the authority of section 63 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs has made the following Regulation which was approved by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.

Analysis

CNR 1084/96

1. The Rural Use Zone Table in Schedule A of the Butterpot -Witness Bay Line Environs Development Control Regulations is amended by

(a) *inserting "seasonal residential" as a discretionary use class; and

(b) adding the following conditions:

Seasonal residential

10. The development of seasonal residences shall be confined to infilling in already developed cabin areas.

Single dwelling

11. A single dwelling may be permitted if it is related to or associated with a farm unit.
