Newfoundland Regulation 1997 Liquor Licensing Regulations (Amendment) (Filed July

authority of section 61 of the Liquor
Control Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations. Filed

Amdt. CNR 1162/96 1. Section 33 of the Liquor Licensing Regulations is amended by renumbering it as
subsection 33(1) and by adding immediately after that
subsection the following: (2) Upon
payment of the required fee and as prescribed in the Schedule, an extended
licence may be issued extending the hours during which liquor may be sold and
consumed on a licensed premises. 2. The Schedule to the regulations is amended by
adding to the end of that Schedule the following: Extended
Licences Hotel,
motel, Tourist Home, Lounge, Club, Institution,
