Under the authority of section 35 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. The Schedule to the Timber Royalty Regulations is amended by striking out the amounts in the columns adjacent to Sawlogs and substituting for the amount "$7.60 M/FBM" the amount "$12.60 M/FBM" and for the amount "$11.15 M/FBM" the amount "$16.15 M/FBM".
