Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

(Filed September 10, 1997)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Bound Brook Tributary Water Supply Area for the Community of Bellburns as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference zone 21 462,000 metres east 5,575,000 metres north 61° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 625 metres to the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 300° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 475 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 36° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 109° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 183° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 247° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.

The Notice of Protected Water Supply Area for Bound Brook Tributary, Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 530/96, is repealed.
