makes the following Order.

1. This Order may be cited as the Issuing and Selling Bonds to Repay Loans of
the City of St. John's Order, 1997.
Approval granted
2. The City Council of the City of St. John's is granted approval to issue and sell
bonds in the amount of $10,000,000 to repay certain loans of the City.
