2. The following persons are appointed to the Fogo Island Regional Council:

Harry Decker	Mayor of the Town of Joe Batt's Arm-Barr'd Islands-Shoal Bay
Gerard Dwyer	Councillor of the Town of Tilting
Everett Payne	Councillor of the Town of Fogo
Kevin Penney	Councillor of the Town of Seldom-Little Seldom
