Composition of School Boards Order, 1997

Under the authority of subsection 3(4) of the Schools Act, 1997, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Composition of School Boards Order, 1997.

School board composition

2. In each school district, 15 school board members shall be elected.

Repeal

3. The Composition of School Boards Order, Newfoundland Regulations 80/96, is repealed.
