Consolidated Orders (Amendment)

Public Service Collective Bargaining Act

Under the authority of subparagraph 2(1)(i)(ii) of the Public Service Collective Bargaining Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

1. The Consolidated Orders is amended by adding immediately after section 3 the following:

3.1 All school boards constituted under the Schools Act, 1997 are designated as employing employees within the meaning of the Public Service Collective Bargaining Act.
