Official administrator appointed

1. Mr. Reginald Kendell is appointed as official administrator of the Town of Morrisville and shall manage and conduct the affairs of that town until a quorum of councillors is elected or appointed and sworn into office, or until a time as determined by my department.

Effective date

2. This appointment shall be effective from March 20, 1998.

Repeal

3. The Official Administrator for the Town of Morrisville Order, Newfoundland Regulation 35/98, is repealed.
