Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
under the
Environment Act

(Filed April 6, 1998)

Under the authority of subsection 10(1) of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Winterton Spring Water Supply Area for the Town of Winterton as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference NAD 27, Zone 22, 326,000 metres east, 5,313,000 metres north, 332° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 326 metres to the commencement point.

Then from the above point by a line drawn 168° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 724 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 285° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 394 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 313° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 468 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 62° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 629 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn 123° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 22 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.
