Act, I designate the area generally known as the Maloneys River Water Supply Area for the Town of Dated
at Oliver
Langdon NOTICE This area
includes all lands described as follows: That is to say
by a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 22, 335,000
metres east 5,252,000 metres north 18° grid azimuth for a distance of 350
metres from the commencement point. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 348° 00' grid azimuth for a
distance of 750 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 306° 00' grid azimuth for a
distance of 500 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 53° 00' grid azimuth for a
distance of 1,250 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 74° 00' grid azimuth for a
distance of 450 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 32° 00' grid azimuth for a
