Martin's Pond (Filed
August 31, 1998) Under the
authority of section 10 of the Environment
Act, I designate the area generally known as the John Martin's Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Dated
at Oliver
Langdon NOTICE This area
includes all lands described as follows: That is to say
by a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 21, 556,000
metres east 5,844,000 metres north 17° grid azimuth for a distance of 525
metres from the commencement point. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 312° 00' grid azimuth for a
distance of 1,575 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 353° 30' grid azimuth for a
distance of 400 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 63° 00' grid azimuth for a
distance of 725 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 331° 00' grid azimuth for a
distance of 625 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 286° 30' grid azimuth for a
distance of 775 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 20° 00' grid azimuth for a
distance of 650 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 88° 30' grid azimuth for a
distance of 1,125 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 62° 00' grid azimuth for a
distance of 1,200 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 103° 00' grid azimuth for a
distance of 1,200 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 149° 00' grid azimuth for a
distance of 800 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 129° 30' grid azimuth for a
distance of 600 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 120° 30' grid azimuth for a
distance of 1,425 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 179° 00' grid azimuth for a
distance of 1,000 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 212° 00' grid azimuth for a
