Protected Road Zoning Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act

Under the authority of section 61 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. Section 14 of the Protected Road Zoning Regulations is amended by inserting immediately after the figure "10%" the phrase "except where a development does not and will not access onto the protected road, the authority, may, with the concurrence of the Department of Works, Services and Transportation, grant a greater variance".

Commencement

        2. This regulation shall be considered to have come into force on August 1, 1998.
