Newfoundland Regulation 1998 Town of St. Mary's Order, 1998 (Filed
December 1, 1998) Under the
authority of section 3 of the
Municipalities Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following
Order. Dated

Cummings ORDER Analysis 1. Short
title 2. Boundaries 3. Repeal Schedule Short title 1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Boundaries 2. The boundaries of the Town of Repeal 3. The Town of St. Mary's
Order, Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 405/96, is repealed. Schedule Beginning at a point on the high water mark of
the eastern shoreline of St. Mary's Harbour, that point being at the mouth of
Vail's Brook where the brook empties into Langley Cove; Then in a generally southwesterly direction along
the sinuosities on the shoreline passing Then in a generally southeasterly direction to
the midway point on the southern shoreline of the sand bar separating La Haye
Pond and Gaskier's Bay; Then crossing the centre line of the sand bar to
a point on the western shoreline of La Haye Pond; Then in a generally northwesterly and then
northeasterly direction along the sinuosities of La Haye Pond to a point at the
mouth of Fox's River in the northeastern extremity of the pond; Then south 50° 00" east 3,425 metres, more
or less, to a point on the western shoreline of Holyrood Pond; Then in a generally northeasterly direction along
the sinuosities of the shoreline of the pond to a point on the mouth of Then in a generally northeasterly direction along
the western bank of the river to a point 305 metres, more or less, north of the
point where the centreline of "The Old Trail" intersects with the
western shoreline of Crossing Place River; Then in a generally westerly direction along a
line parallel to and 305 metres from the centreline of "The Old
Trail" to a point on Vail's Brook; Then in a generally westerly direction along
Vail's Brook to the point of beginning; All bearings be referred to grid north and as
with distances are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50000
