1. The area comprising the communities of Hillview and Adeytown are continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of Hillview.

Boundaries

2. The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area comprising the communities of Hillview and Adeytown.

Repeal

3. The Local Service District of Hillview, Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 216/96, is repealed.
