Provincial Parks Act

Under the authority of section 8 of the Provincial Parks Act, I make the following regulation.

Vehicle operation in Newfoundland T'Railway Provincial Park

NR 91/97

1. Section 10 of the Provincial Parks Regulations is amended by deleting the word "or" at the end of paragraph (c), by deleting the period at the end of paragraph (d) and substituting a semi-colon and the word "or", and by adding immediately after that the following:

(e) that person operates a motor vehicle under the authority of a written permit from the minister.
