Road Crossings Designation Order
under the
Provincial Parks Regulations
and the
Provincial Parks Act

Under the authority of paragraph 10(c) of the Provincial Parks Regulations and the Provincial Parks Act, I make the following Order.

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Crossings Designation Order.

Road crossings designated

2. All road crossings within the Newfoundland T'Railway Provincial Park in existence immediately prior to the proclamation of that park which are under the jurisdiction of the province, cities, towns and local service districts are designated for motor vehicle use.
