Under the authority of section 41.1 of the Mineral Act, I make the following regulations.

        1. Schedule A of the Mineral Regulations is amended by adding immediately after paragraph GGG the following:

        HHH.  All that piece or parcel of land and land under water near the community of Mings Bight and at Rambler Mines in the province more particularly described in Mining Lease Document 139(3514) registered as Volume 1, Folio 36 in the Mining Lease Registry maintained by the Department of Mines and Energy and shown on 1:50,000 claim map 12H/16.
