Local Service District of North West Brook - Ivany's Cove
under the
Municipalities Act

Under the authority of the Municipalities Act, I make the following Order.

District continued

      1. The area comprising the communities of North West Brook and Ivany's Cove is continued as a local service district by the name of the Local Service District of North West Brook – Ivany's Cove.

Boundaries

        2. The boundaries for the local service district shall be the area comprising the communities of North West Brook and Ivany's Cove.

Repeal

        3. The Local Service District of North West Brook, Consolidated Newfoundland Regulation 320/96, is repealed.
