Protected Road Zoning Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Urban and Rural Planning Act
(O.C. 99-177)

Under the authority of section 61 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

CNR 996/96
as amended

        1. Subparagraph 2(k)(vii) of the Protected Road Zoning Regulations is amended by deleting the words "adjacent to" and substituting the words "within the courtyard of".

 

        2. Schedule B, Class I Protected Roads, Item (5) of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "the western face of Donovans Overpass" wherever they occur and substituting the words "the western face of the Kenmount Road overpass".

Commencement

        3. These regulations shall be considered to have come into force on January 1, 1999.
