10, 1999) Under the
authority of section 10 of the Environment
Act, I designate the area generally known as the Humber Canal Water Supply Area for the Town of Deer Lake as a
protected water supply area. Dated

includes all lands described as follows: That is to
say by a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 21, 460,000 metres east
5,430,000 metres north 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,375 metres to the commencement
point. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 37° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,125
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 357° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,500
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 57° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,750
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 2° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,625
