Notice of Protected Water Supply Area
of Deadman's Pond
under the
Environment Act

(Filed August 23, 1999)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Deadman's Pond Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Deadman's Bay as a protected water supply area.

This area includes all lands described as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference, Zone 22, 300,000 metres east 5,460,000 metres north 296° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 9,000 metres to the commencement point;
