of Protected Water Supply Area (Filed August 23, 1999) Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Deadman's Pond Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Deadman's Bay as a protected water supply area. Dated at Oliver Langdon NOTICE This area includes all lands described as follows: That is to say by a line drawn from military grid reference, Zone 22, 300,000 metres east 5,460,000 metres north 296° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 9,000 metres to the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 149° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,900 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 181° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,100 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 284° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,300 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 221° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,400 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 203° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,250 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 287° 40' grid azimuth for a distance of 10,600 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 253° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,750 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 271° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,500 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 252° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 7,200 metres.
