November 1, 1999) Under the
authority of section 10 of the Environment
Act, I designate the area generally known as the Dog Bay Pond Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of
Stoneville as a protected water supply area. Dated

includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Lewisporte abutted
and bounded as follows: That is to
say by a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 21, 680,000 metres east
5,450,000 metres north, 313° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,600 metres to the commencement
point. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 233° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 5,300
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 215° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 20,500
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 308° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,600 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 30° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 7,250
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 17° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,400
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 64° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,750
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 356° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,250
