Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Little Arm Pond
under the
Environment Act

(Filed November 1, 1999)

Under the authority of section 10 of the Environment Act, I designate the area generally known as the Little Arm Pond Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Pleasantview as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Exploits abutted and bounded as follows:

That is to say by a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 21, 619,000 metres east 5,468,000 metres north, 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,225 metres to the commencement point.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 52° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 7° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 725 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 71° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,350 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 195° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,300 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 292° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 250 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 221° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 425 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 280° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres.

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 256° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings are referred to Grid North.
