Pond (Filed
November 1, 1999) Under the
authority of section 10 of the Environment
Act, I designate the area generally known as the Little Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Point Leamington as a
protected water supply area. Dated

includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral Districts of Exploits and
Windsor-Springdale abutted and bounded as follows: That is to
say by a line drawn from Military Grid Reference, Zone 21, 616,000 metres east
5,463,000 metres north, 236° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 300 metres to the commencement point. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 192° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,675
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 203° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 700 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 186° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,225 metres. Then from
the above point by a line drawn at 163° 00' grid azimuth
for a distance of 775 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 207° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 297° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 252° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,525
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 334° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,000 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 212° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of
875 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 313° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,500
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 5° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of
2,650 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 39° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,850
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 62° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,275
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 29° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,725
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 62° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,750
metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 95° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 850 metres. Then from the above point by a line drawn at 164° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,850 metres
to the point of commencement. All bearings
