Highway Traffic Demerit Point System
Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Highway Traffic Act

Under the authority of section 186 of the Highway Traffic Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        1. (1) Paragraph 2(a) of the Highway Traffic Demerit Point System Regulations is amended by adding immediately after the word "municipal" the words "and airport authority".

             (2)  Paragraph 2(c) of the regulations is amended by adding immediately after the word "municipal" wherever it occurs the words "and airport authority".

             (3)  Paragraph 2(f) of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

              (f)  "municipal and airport authority regulations" means regulations made under sections 189 and 189.1 of the Act;

 

        2. (1) Subsection 3(1) of the regulations is amended by adding immediately after the word "municipal" the words "and airport authority".

             (2)  Subsection 3(2) of the regulations is amended by adding immediately after the word "municipal" wherever it occurs the words "and airport authority".
