1. (1) Subsection 4(1) of the Newfoundland Chicken Marketing Scheme is amended by deleting the words and figures "not less than 5 and not more than 7 members" and substituting the figure and word "3 members".

(2) Subsections 4(4), 4(5) and 4(10) of the scheme are repealed.
