Occupational Therapists Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Occupational Therapists Act

Under the authority of section 12 of the Occupational Therapists Act, the board, with the approval of the minister makes the following regulations.

Discipline of licensees

CNR 1125/96

1. (1) Paragraph 9(1)(a) of the Occupational Therapists Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

(a) one member of the committee shall be a licensee;

(2) Subsection 9(4) of the regulations is amended by striking out the number "11" and substituting the number "10".
