Under the authority of sections 3 and 16 of the Child Care Services Act, the minister makes the following regulations.

1. The Child Care Services Regulations are amended by adding immediately after section 3 the following:

Day camps

3.1 Until April 30, 2001, the activity commonly known as day camps is not considered to be a child care service to which the Act and these regulations applies.
