Area included 2. The area included in the Burnt Cape Ecological Reserve is set out in Schedule A. Management plan outline 3. An outline of the Burnt Cape Management Plan is set out in Schedule B. Repeal 4. The following regulations are repealed: (a) the Burnt (b) the Burnt Schedule A All that piece or parcel of land known
as Beginning at a point, on the western shoreline of Ha Ha Bay and having map scaled co ordinates of 5 713 933 metres and east 587 327 metres; Then, from the point of beginning, running in a straight line due west a distance of 100 metres, more or less from the last mentioned point; Then, running parallel to the shoreline, in a general southerly direction, being distant 927 metres, more or less, on a bearing of south 14° 36' west from the last mentioned point. Then, running due south a distance of 340 metres from the last mentioned point; Then, running due west a distance of 746
metres to a point being distant 100 metres east of the eastern shoreline of Then, running parallel to the eastern shoreline of Pistolet Bay, in a general northerly direction, to a point being distant 665 metres on a bearing of north 24° 24' west from the last mentioned point; Then, running due West,
a distance of 100 metres to a point on the eastern Then, following the eastern shoreline of Pistolet Bay, in a general northerly direction, to a point being distant, 3,373 metres on a bearing of north 32° 04' east from the last mentioned point; Then, running along the western shoreline of Ha Ha Bay, in a general southerly direction, to a point being distant 2,252 metres on a bearing of south 8° 35' west to the point of beginning; And containing, in all, an area of 363 hectares.
