Under the authority of section 27 of the Workplace Health and Safety Compensation Act, the Workers' Compensation Review Division, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following regulations.

        1. Section 1 of the Workers' Compensation Review Division Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

Short title

        1. These regulations may be cited as the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division Regulations.

        2. Section 12 of the regulations is repealed.
