Newfoundland Regulation 2001 Protected Road Zoning Regulations (Amendment) (Filed Under the
authority of section 32 of the Urban and
Rural Planning Act, 2000, I make the following
regulations. Dated
at Oliver Langdon REGULATIONS Analysis 1. Sch.
B Amdt. CNR 996/96 1. (1) Schedule B of the Protected Road Zoning Regulations is amended by adding immediately after Item (13) in the portion dealing with Class II Protected Roads the following: (13.1) NEWFOUNDLAND-QUEBEC BORDER Route 500 from the
Newfoundland-Quebec border to its intersection with (2) Schedule B of the regulations is amended by adding immediately after Item (16) in the portion dealing with Class II Protected Roads the following: (16.1) The Red Bay to Cartwright Coastal Road (Route 510), as existing and proposed, from its intersection with the Red Bay local road in the Town of Red Bay to its intersection with the airstrip road in the Town of Cartwright. (3) Schedule B of the regulations is amended by
adding immediately after Item (2) in the portion dealing with Class (2.1) The Charlottetown Access Road (Route 514) from its intersection with the Red Bay to Cartwright Coastal Road (Route 510) to its intersection with the airstrip access road in the Town of Charlottetown. (4) Schedule B of the regulations is amended by
adding at the end of the portion dealing with Class (6) The St. Lewis Access Road (Route 512) from its intersection with the Red Bay to Cartwright Coastal Road (Route 510) to a point where it crosses the west boundary of the St. Lewis Municipal Planning Area. ©Earl G. Tucker, Queen's Printer |
