Under the authority of section 30 of the Social Assistance Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

1. Paragraph 2(e) of the Social Assistance Regulations is amended by deleting the word "or" at the end of subparagraph (vi), deleting the semi-colon in subparagraph (vii) and substituting a comma and the word "or" and by adding immediately after subparagraph (vii) the following:

(viii) other federal and Newfoundland and Labrador refundable tax credits received by an applicant or an applicant's spouse;
