Consolidated Schedule Beginning at a point on the northern
shoreline of The Narrows between Little Wabush Lake and Then in a northerly direction along the western shoreline of Wabush Lake, a distance of 400 metres, more or less; Then due east 200 metres, more or less, to a point, NAD27, UTM coordinates north 5,867,854 metres and east 641,719 metres; that point being on the southeast corner of land conveyed to the Town of Labrador City via the Iron Ore Company of Canada, and being registered at the Registry of Deeds, Roll 1964 and Frame 45, and having corresponding NAD 83, UTM coordinates north 5,867,932.78 metres and east 345,781.40 metres; Then following that survey in a northwesterly direction north 01° 28' 01" east, 49.16 metres; north 38° 25' 22" west, 110.11 metres; north 38° 25' 22" west, 99.92 metres, north 06° 02' 48" west, 22.92 metres; north 33° 55' 19" west, 36.16 metres; north 30° 29' 29" west, 201.00 metres; north 54 ° 55' 14" west, 27.29 metres; north 07° 17' 14" west, 186.94 metres; Then north 71° 00' west 350 metres, more or less, to a point, that point being the intersection of Avalon Drive and the road to the IOC Mill; Then
