Under the authority of section 30 of the Social Assistance Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

        2. Subsection 29(1) of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

Rate of remuneration

      29. (1) The rate of remuneration for members of the appeal board for meetings convened under the Act and the regulations shall be in accordance with the rates of remuneration for boards, commissions and agencies as set by the Treasury Board.
