1. Subsection 14(1) of the Waste Management Regulations is amended by striking out the amount "$0.06" and substituting the amount "$0.08".

2. Subsection 18(1) of the regulations is amended by striking out the amount "$0.03" and substituting the amount "$0.05".

Commencement

3. (1) Section 1 is considered to have come into force on July 1, 2001.

(2) Section 2 is considered to have come into force on February 23, 2001.
