1. Subsection 4(7) of the Milk Scheme, 1998 is repealed and the following substituted:

(7) The DFNL shall be operated on a fiscal year as follows:

(a) commencing on January 1, 2001, from that date until July 31, 2001; and

(b) commencing on August 1, 2001, from August 1 in a year until July 31 in the immediately following year.
