Division Regulations (Amendment)

Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act

Under the authority of section 27 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Workers' Compensation Review Division, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following regulations.

        1. The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division Regulations are amended by striking out the words "Workers' Compensation Act" wherever they occur and substituting the words "Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act".

 

        2. Section 10 of the regulations is repealed.
