        1. This Order may be cited as the C.A. Pippy Park Description Order, 2002.

Area defined

        2. The area described in the schedule is established as the C.A. Pippy Park.

Repeal

        3. The C.A. Pippy Park Description Order, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 762/96 is repealed.
