Local Service District of Humber Village Disestablishment Order
under the
Municipalities Act, 1999

Under the authority of section 387 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Service District of Humber Village Disestablishment Order.

Local service district disestablished

2. The Local Service District of Humber Village located in the Provincial Electoral District of Humber West is disestablished.

Repeal

3. The Local Service District of Humber Village, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 220/96, is repealed.
