Lottery Licensing Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Criminal Code
(M.C. 1081-82)

Under the authority granted by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council by Minute in Council 1081-82 and subsection 207(2) of the Criminal Code, I make the following regulations.

        1. (1) Rule 1(f) of Schedule A of the Lottery Licensing Regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

              (f)  make every reasonable effort to return, for charitable or religious purposes, from gross gaming related proceeds - a minimum of 15%; and

             (2)  Rule 2 of Schedule A of the regulations is repealed.

 

        2. (1) Rule 2(f) of Schedule C of the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:

              (f)  make every reasonable effort to return, for charitable or religious purposes, from gross gaming related proceeds - a minimum of 15%; and

             (2)  Rule 3 of Schedule C of the regulations is repealed.
