Dangerous Goods Ticket Offences Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Dangerous Goods Transportation Act
(O.C. 2002- 283)

Under the authority of section 22 of the Dangerous Goods Transportation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following regulations.

CNLR 4/96 as amended

        1. Paragraph 2(b) of the Dangerous Goods Ticket Offences Regulations is amended by deleting the figures, comma and word "X, XI and XII" and substituting the numbers, comma and word "10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16".

 

        2. Section 3 of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "Summary Proceedings Act" and substituting the words "Provincial Offences Act".

 

        3. The Schedule to the regulations is repealed and the following substituted:
