Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Feasibility Report re: the Disincorporation of the Towns of Plate Cove East and Plate Cove West Order.

Report to be prepared

2. A feasibility report shall be prepared concerning the matter of the disincorporation of the Towns of Plate Cove East and Plate Cove West.

Appointment

3. Dennis Hopkins is appointed to prepare the feasibility report referred to in section 2.

Manner of preparation

4. The feasibility report shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Municipalities Act, 1999 and the Terms of Reference and shall be completed and submitted to me on or before November 30, 2002.
