Charlottetown Order

Under the authority of section 7 of the Municipal Elections Act, I make the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Special By-Election for the Town of Charlottetown Order.

Special by-election

2. A special by-election to elect one member to the town council shall be held in the Town of Charlottetown on December 16, 2002.

Returning officer

3. Zillah Kippenhuck is appointed as the returning officer for the purpose of conducting the by-election referred to in section 2.
