Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Regulations (Amendment)
under the
Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act
(O.C. 2002-644)

Under the authority of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, makes the following regulations.

        1.   S.21 Amdt.
Maximum compensable and assessable earnings

CNLR 1025/96
as amended

        1. Section 21 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Regulations is amended by adding immediately after subsection (2) the following:

             (3)  Notwithstanding another provision of this section, from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003 inclusive, the maximum compensable and assessable earnings amount shall be $45,500 in annual gross wages.
