Town of Great Harbour Deep Disincorporation Order
under the
Municipalities Act, 1999

Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999 the Lieutenant Governor in Council, upon the recommendation of the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs, makes the following Order.

Short title

1. This Order may be cited as the Town of Great Harbour Deep Disincorporation Order.

Town disincorporated

2. The Town of Great Harbour Deep is disincorporated.

Repeal

3. The Town of Great Harbour Deep Order, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 182/96, is repealed.

Effective date

4. This Order shall be considered to have come into effect on December 1, 2002.
