Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Wild Cove Pond
under the
Water Resources Act

Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Wild Cove Pond Water Supply Area for the Town of Twillingate as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Twillingate and Fogo abutted and bounded as follows:

By a line drawn from Military Grid Reference NAD 27, Zone 21, 665,075 metres east 5,502,600 metres north 236° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 900 metres from the commencement point;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 198° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 186° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,450 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 141° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 550 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 228° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 301° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 650 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 261° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 575 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 338° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 500 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 355° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 600 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 14° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 800 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 74° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,075 metres;

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 342° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,050 metres; and

Then from the above point by a line drawn at 89° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,750 metres to the point of commencement.

All bearings refer to Grid North.

The Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Stockeys Pond, Consolidated Newfoundland and Labrador Regulation 711/96, is repealed.
