of Protected Water Supply Area of Southeast Pond (Filed Under the authority of section 39 of the Water Resources Act, I designate the area generally known as the Southeast Pond Water Supply Area for the Local Service District of Loon Bay as a protected water supply area. Dated at Kevin Aylward NOTICE This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Lewisporte abutted and bounded as follows: By a line drawn from Military Grid Reference NAD 27, Zone 21, 663,000 metres east 5,458,500 metres north 211° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,250 metres from the commencement point; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 193° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 9,700 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 214° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 6,100 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 326° 45' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,250 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 22° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,750 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 45° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 5,500 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 337° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,900 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 40° 15' grid azimuth for a distance of 4,800 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 347° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,200 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 26° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 1,150 metres; Then from the above point by a line drawn at 132° 30' grid azimuth for a distance of 3,400 metres; and Then from the above point by a line drawn at 86° 00' grid azimuth for a distance of 2,300 metres to the point of commencement.
